I hereby certify that I have been informed about the rights related to the protection of personal data (name and surname, address, telephone number or cell phone number, photographs, e-mail address, birth year, note on competition), given to the TKD Point as the manager of the processing of personal data, as well as the fact that the concerned rights can be obtained by contacting the employee for the protection of personal data by e-mail: emirduranovic@gmail.com
I am explicitly entrusting TKD Point to process my personal information for the purposes of keeping statistics and records on athletes for the purposes of keeping track of the results of the competitions held and for the purpose of processing and assigning to third parties.
I agree that the photos and results from the competition can be put on the social network and the TKD Point web site, the news media and television websites and the websites for further publication for the purpose of promoting taekwondo.
I confirm that I have been informed about my rights regarding the protection of my personal information.
I have been informed of the right to withdraw this consent at any time by e-mail: emirduranovic@gmail.com, and that the withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy of processing personal data based on the date of the privation prior to its withdrawal.
When entering competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organizers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Weight, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disability info.
Accordingly, I am fully aware that in the event of an objection, refusal or opposition in relation to the processing of my personal data, it may be impossible to participate in sporting event.

Equipment:
DAEDO GEN2 (Pupils, Younger cadets, Cadets, Veterans)/GEN3 (Juniors, Seniors) protector scoring systems will be provided by organisation. Head gear, groin/forearm/shin guards, foot protectors and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestant.
Mouth piece is compulsory!
